There are an estimated 300k people left in the north, where 73.6% of the buildings have been damaged or destroyed.
Those leaving for Rafah, know that it is hardly any safer there. 29.3% of the buildings in Rafah have been destroyed. But at least there, ~100 food trucks are getting through a day (out of 500 the UN says are needed).
