Oh my goodness 😖 I wish I knew what the hell was wrong with the world today. As someone with ‘mild’ autism, I still have moments where I am unable to move or speak - complete shut down - leaving you paralysed, screaming at yourself internally to move, say something, anything.. then to think what this poor child felt inside, without any ability to protect himself or advocate for his needs and safety. It breaks my heart. 😞
