An important point to remember is that the vast majority of nontechie users of the Internet, apps, email, and all the rest, just BARELY understand them well enough to just BARELY get by. Big Tech doesn't appreciate this (or rather, doesn't really care), and government antitrust moves against #Google and other Big Tech firms serve mainly to cause these users MORE confusion and MORE mistakes. I've never, ever, heard an ordinary user say the thing they want is dealing with MORE tech firms to get things done. They want LESS confusion. That's the reality.
