I don't drink alcohol but am all up for having spinster cocktail parties, you can do me some non alcoholic drinkies, dahlings, and we can wear our fanciest gear and I'm sure Debbie can haunt the antique/junk shops down there for things like "cocktail rings" and we can have beehive hairdos and spend all evening talking about how vile men are, how lovely cats and dogs and potatoes are and anyone really drunk can be wheeled home in a barrow. Mac can don a smart suit and a fedora and a fancy tie if she wants to avoid the "cocktail dresses"! Only instead of just "cocktail nibbles" I want cake, wodges of it 😆
