My husband leaves his until the last minute, which has really annoyed me in the past because I wanted to get it done (and I have, like, a JOB, I'm BUSY) and even though we file separately I needed his federal AGI for my state return. So this year I extracted an agreement that he would not wait until April, and last weekend (i.e. not the one that just happened) I said HEY GUESS WHAT IT'S ALMOST APRIL and made him give me the #, and when I did my MA taxes I no longer needed that #.
