One thing I am incredibly salty about the world we live in is that only now, in my early fifties do I feel like I understand how to manage my well being.

It isn't that most of what I've been told my life was wrong but rather a key part was missing. As my son says, what works for *you* is what works. And little around us helps us with that hard work of self discovery and assessment.

That is what I am finally sorting in my fifties, what works for me specifically.
