Now THIS is terrifying. Cotton is without a doubt the most authoritarian major party politician I've ever head of. He's worse than Joe Arpaio or David Clarke. The possibility of a second-term Trump destroying the election process and then installing Cotton as his successor is the worst case I can conceive of.
