"content": "It should be but I've personally experienced IRCC screw ups \u0026 it takes much longer than it should to resolve issues - when it's their fault in all the first place. I'm still pissed off they fucked up \u0026 lost my citizenship replacement application \u0026 documents sent with it but refused to refund $75 fee. I had to reapply \u0026 take the financial hit.",
