One of my VERY favorite interactions on Tw1tter was me describing a saddle pulmonary embolism where I almost died -> me refusing to be on site when I could virtually assess psych patients from home during March 2020 #COVID19 -> me suggesting workers must assert themselves for their safety and the safety of others.
