I don't know anything about the lightning network, but have been looking for a hardware wallet that supports "ancient" keypairs:

I use vanity addresses as super hot wallets, and nobody currently supports keypairs which is frustrating.

Keypair: A literal public/private keypair; this is in contrast to bip-39 and related types of derivative keys.
