2. Starting light, learn the Starting Strength form queues for The Big Four (squat, deadlift, press, bench) using Rippetoe's method, for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dacy5hjaE8

3. Setup a simple logbook to record progress. Aim to add reps each week and then weight once reps consecutively exceed 10. Make a little progress each week. Lifting is a lifelong discipline. Don't rush it. Start light and celebrate consistency over strength.
