Frankly I've never heard of Kaspa, and I would have to understand it better before providing an informed opinion.
I have Bitcoin maximalist tenancies, but I do see the use case for other types of 'shitcoins' (like Monero) on a small scale. I just don't know anything about Kaspa to determine its standing against lightning. But I do know that lightning has its problems as well (as a node operator myself).
