Yup. #Firefox is now going to be tracking it's user's searches. Then they'll use that collected data to show you ads. Google does this the #privacy community loses their shit. It's not even the most privacy invasive thing #Mozilla is doing, just the latest.
If you haven't done it yet you may want to ditch Firefox. Use a fork like #librewolf or #fennec that actually respects your privacy.
