It is a minor update which adds support for Unicode 16, and includes the latest HarfBuzz.
Unfortunately I had to drop support for macOS 10.10 (Yosemite), as crucial dependencies do not support it anymore. FontGoggles 1.8.2 is the latest version that still works on macOS 10.10.
