Did you ever had “nasi dagang” before? This dish is unique to npub1957g5dxcym7ukguesqjkeusypqqzqdzpjfgm6769ej7vqyhgtzrs28qk54 (npub1957…qk54) east coast, particularly Kelantan & Terengganu, which have slight variation.
Kelantanese version will have a mix of red rice & glutinous rice, cooked with select ingredients including coconut milk that giving it very “rich & heavy” indulgence experience. It often served with gulai Ikan tongkol or gulai ayam.
Here is my mom’s, with kerutub tiger prawn instead along with fish & boiled egg. This is truly to die for.
