What the heck FJ? one moment he is helping me and the next I’m slammed with a security issue where they completely shut down my ability to access account at Swan Bitcoin. Never again!! Ugh 😑 I have never once had an issue with ID verification until this situation with swan 🦢. I literally accidentally wrote in my PO BOX as proof of address instead of my utility bill and 💥 bam I get locked out FOREVER 😑
