I learnt how to be patient by observing wildlife, particularly bears. They sometimes spend a long time waiting for salmon to go up a river. Patience. Time, slowing down. When I am in nature, I listen to the sounds of the forest and try to identify the calls, I look for animal tracks, I observe wildlife in their routines and watch interactions between species. I live in the moment.
