Maybe I've just been lucky.
They're not a courier that many of the retailers I buy from seem to use, but I can't recall any hassle with them to date.
They brought my replacement oscillator last week, it was the usual driver who is a really nice guy, we always have a quick natter when he calls.
Maybe he's just an outlier, I don't know, but I honestly can't fault their service thus far.
I hope I haven't just inadvertently given it the kiss of death...
