Quiet Place: Day one just landed on Paramount+ and it's as good as I'd heard (even tho the series is meh imo). It's more concerned with character work than out and out horror but NY chaos is well done and realistic looking. It mostly only shows pieces of the aliens (who feel like rabid horses in this). Same director as Nic Cage vehicle Pig which--had I known--would have motivated me to get to the theater.
