Rules for group chat in Mastodon.
1. Always reply to the bottom post. If you're answering someone start with their name.
2. Have everyone in the chat on the notify line. If someone joins add them to the line. If you reply to the bottom post you will pick up the right notify list automatically.
3. The notify list might have to be fixed again if someone was typing on a reply with the old notify list. So eyes open for a few minutes after editing the notify list.
