Y'all, I work in a customer facing job, where being non-binary is controversial. Everyone calls me she/her to customers.

But I just got my anonymous peer evaluations and ALL OF THEM got my pronouns right, (they/them) including my manager.

I feel so seen and so heard.

It's the little things. Please make an effort when someone has different pronouns than you expect.
