It's the end of #pridemonth and I want to address the infamous "you're a #trans so you're going to hell".
I've read the Bible, and if you haven't, I'll sum it up for you in one word. Repent.
This word is all over scripture, so basically if you believe in the Bible, you have one job to do: repent.
I am amazed that for church-going people, the act of repenting of their sins and doing penance is not a common practice, except maybe for the Roman Catholic who can go to confession.
Yet we hear all the time from these people that we are sinners and God does not like us. And I never hear from these people, oh, I went to confess my sins today, I feel so much better.
So I do not need to be lectured by you people. It is my job to take care of my soul and if anything I need you to think about Matthew 7:3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and not the plank in your own eye?"
Yes, I am a believer, but I am shunned by most churches because of their rules. So I am not that kind of Christian.
We go to #pride to remind you not to forget to love your neighbor and to be tolerant because you too will be judged.
