Justine Smithies (nprofile…t4qe) As it's been pointed out in several replies, tcsh is installed by default on FreeBSD (and DragonFly too for that matter). So .. like, eons ago, when I was first confronted with this reality, I read this small article (by no other than Bill Joy!) to learn how to move around on my new OS of choice.
Conclusion: it took me a matter of days and I never looked back. To this day I use tcsh as my interactive shell of choice even on Linux.
