Aloo Matar Keema for tea.
I came across it years ago, never made it but spurred on by a conversation from [@Theorem_Poem](https://mstdn.social/@Theorem_Poem) and [@_thegeoff](https://mastodon.social/@_thegeoff) recently I'm intrigued to try an Indian version of one of my favourite comfort foods. Although I'm afraid I'm doing a Pakistani version as I only have beef.
