If we cut anything from the budget, be it federal or state or local, then I want the first victim to be the prison-industriale complex and the police, and use the savings to furnish tax-relief for the working-class.
And one should never propose cuts to the budget without discussing specifically what it is you want to cut. "Entitlements" is deliberately ambiguous and maliciously deceptive.
