Over 10 years ago, I sent a listener question to one of my favorite podcasts, Back to Work. I'm obviously biased, since it is my question, but it remains one of my favorite podcasts of all time and it was very kind of Merlin to take that question and get at the underlying issue I was struggling with. I still listen to it sometimes to get motivated.
