I would've agreed with that back when I didn't really know anything about Quebec and assumed their constant secession sperging meant they were based. Later, I learned they're ultra-progressives on practically every issue but language, where they posses a strange crumb of nationalism that I assume is purely out of some vestigial French contempt for the English.
