I don’t doubt that there is rural rich but where I live there are tremendous amounts of rural poor. My sister in law lives on a farm 1.5 miles out of a city. There only option is satellite. Hughes is ass. I am in the city and pay $80 for gig up and down with out caps (like Hughes). Even cell service is ass at her house.
How do we address the rural poor while not including the rural rich? Real question.
