Britain wastes over 1trillion litres of drinking water per year, just through leaky pipes. Then add reservoir mismanagement, terrible flood infrastructure and so on. The rain in the last 3 months could provide drinking water for two years. Nobody's catching it. No marshlands, they keep letting it piss out to sea.

Britain does not have water shortages. It has hosepipe bans and crooks.
