With regards to #AI in #medicine, #law, #engineering law enforcement, etc.. The operative question is not, "can an AI pass the exam?", but is that any indication that it will consistently behave within the factual and ethical bounds the exam is testing for?
If it fails to do so, even once, will it be barred? Who is accountable? How will it be protected from commercial abuse and coercion?
