there is no problem nostr can solve rn that would attract majority of people. existing platforms adapt to user needs, as we see from their change of stance from covid era to current approach of less control. when they adapt to the needs of 99 % of user base, the 1 % that leaves does not drive move to alternative protocols.

there is no such thing as majority seeking less censorship. in covid era i would believe majority wanted censorship, just like they wanted vaccines. majority believe system aligns with the rules of popular platforms.

mostly what can drive move is large, sudden changes, such as change of ceo. these events are the most probable thing to trigger move to other protocols.
