Actually there is one other brand new from scratch browser out there: https://www.ekioh.com/flow-browser/
It's only publicly available as a preview for on the raspberry pi, and it's not open source. But it's very spec compliant, works with many popular and complex sites discord, youtube, google docs, etc work on it for example. It's also very very fast. For now it's mostly commercially used for the tv stb and embedded market. They have expressed interest in releasing previews for other OSes though
