If you changed your Twatter password after getting reinstated this morning, you may have a compromised device in play.
Not sure how you access X. If you use Windows or Mac computer, I'd recommend downloading something like MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and scanning it. If you only access X via mobile, you'd probably need to do a factory reset... not 100% on this as I've never had an infected phone.
