I don't talk about appearance much, but I think I need to brag for a second.
I was getting tired of the "Dad bod" when I don't even have kids, so over the last 6 months I lost over 50lbs (23kg).
For the first time in my adult life I can actually say that my clothes don't fit because I *lost* weight. That's fun :)
