Call to my bank to get my accounts unblocked, turns out that the Optus rep lied to me about being able to call the Netherlands. Then had to spend hours dealing with the most incompetent customer service that constantly tried to upsell, only to find out they can't actually offer Int calls to NL on a prepaid plan. Ended up having to use my Dutch service provider to call 💸💸
You know what, it's dumb and not worth the negativity. Hope everyone has a good day.💛
