Co-create an open space to discuss ideas about how the awakening of consciousness is nurturing the development of this new technology and its community around. Because we probably agree that Technology is not "bad" or "good", it's the consciousness that implements which manifests the results we have seen so far 😊
These are some ideas, I channeled:
🌱 Conscious Leadership: 🌱 “The more I work out my ego as a leader, the less my role is needed.” How emotional/ego attached am I to my project idea?
🌱 TEAL Organizations: 🌱 How to develop self-managed teams? How teams can develop holistic solutions (Mind & heart ones)?
