I'm going to disagree. This is obviously (dark) humor, and when MAGAs talk about hanging traitors and putting liberals in camps THEY'RE NOT JOKING. I really don't buy that US politics have a symmetric escalation problem, it has a MAGA-fascism problem. But anyhow, my real point is the increasing amount of seething anger about GenAI happy-talk in the software profession's grass-roots, and the disconnect from leadership.
