One way to approach it is to find the area of your life which is most bigtech reliant, and chip away at it. Try to find a solution to one thing, and experiment with transitioning. Its very difficult to do all at once for most people. Just keep chipping away at it one service at a time.
And dont be afraid to do trial experiments. Like, not using a certain thing for a week. Just to see how you work around it. When you gamify and observe it can make it more interesting and fun.
