It’s very easy to fall into despair with the pressure of all the things happening in our world right now — it is a natural defense mechanism for us when things are too big, too much, and out of our control. It is what we do when we feel helpless.
Despair paralyzes, it makes us withdraw, it is isolating. A reminder that you are not alone in this. None of us are and we are all here to support each other. We all are experiencing similar fears, the same concerns.
