Kristoff just wrote that BIden's resignation "may have set in motion a historic process that could result in a woman becoming the most important person in the world, a step that would reshape gender norms worldwide." and I'm like, isn't America like one of the few countries that hasn't already had a woman president or prime minister? Wouldn't we just be CATCHING UP?
