Still editing and adding some sections to my blog post on cybernetic communism in the GDR, but in the meantime I'm thinking about adding an entry to my "The Unknown Side of Cybernetic Communism" series on Viktor Glushkov’s idea to use neural lace (a Neural ink-like device) in conjunction with OGAS to create a brain-net where people could upload their memories, personalities, and even their consciousness to the network.
