I started with Bit refill, but there are times when their system send to go down and, as you know, utility bills and groceries don't care about hearing that "bitrefill's down, I'll send my payment as soon as it's back up". Bittefill has a spectacular customer service team, though.
Also, TBC has a better UI/UX, imo. When I buy a debit card, I didn't have to wait for an email, to them go to another website to be able to manage it. I can get the virtual card immediately with it's balance and numbers directly from the app.
