Feb 14 2025 @ 07:40 Good morning family & friends❣️ Happy Valentine's Day to all who celebrate. Pete and I give it a nod, we usually don't do anything special for the day, every day is Valentine's Day for us, we're a couple of old romantics hahaha! Today will be no different, it will be a cold one (the "feels like" temp is -5°F this morning) and I am hoping to get more things done. Was up at 06:30, chopped and roasted a big sweet potato in beef tallow for the dog's food today (will also have sprouted green peas, roasted pork, pasta, yogurt, pumpkin, and HB eggs in it). Speaking of sprouted green peas, I used to sprout dozens of things back when I had my business before my stroke, and these dry peas are still left from those days...and they still sprout as perfectly as they did then! Of course I bought them in huge quantities, these are all that I have left. Anyway, no plans for the day so I'll have to let you know how it all comes together, later.
