tokodon uses qt quick which is a lot better for these kinds of apps
anyway, tokodon (and other kde qt quick apps) use c++ for most of the logic, makes everything kind of a pain
if i were to make a fedi app i'd use qt quick but instead of c++ just do everything on javascript
especially because i'd be able to reuse a bunch of the javascript i'm already making for my fedi frontend lol
