Bobby has been involved w issues dear to me since 1980s and his record in court has delivered more benefit to human health & environment than all of Congress combined in my lifetime.It's an astounding record of advocacy and legislative reform. Falling short of reform goals is always likely in Washington & toxic influences as plentiful as egos but I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, assume his framing of issues is to appear reasonable enough to base actions on studies so public hysteria doesn't detour actual work & cross my fingers we muster public pressure to drive truth to the forefront.. public pressure especially calls to Congress is what swings the balance against deep pocket lobbyist agendas & prayers can't hurt.
