OK, in the UK you have two houses: One is elected by the general population in general elections, which then chooses the prime minister, seemingly like most functioning democracies out there.
The other house is not elected, but rather assigned for life based on nobility.
Now riddle me this:
How come the UK house of commons including its prime minister a collection of absolute twats, and more than once I've seen the lords being the party injecting some sanity into legislation?
