When doing Customer Development (a.k.a. product discovery), how do you manage your workflow (given there is so much data to juggle)?
When I was a product manager and now as a founder, managing the product discovery workflow was a head ache. I found it so daunting that often try and find short cuts. The issue I had was having to manually track everything in a note taking app or in rare occasions a spreadsheet (which was worse). I’m capturing and juggling research, feedback, analytics data, etc. looking for insights that align with the product strategy and business goals. figuring out which of those insights to prioritise. coming up with a variation of potential product improvements based on those insights. Testing and iterating those improvement ideas. Then based on those finding reprioritising the roadmap items. How you lot manage it?
