My current job is hourly pay. So vacation time & sick leave are a reduction in paycheck for that week. Everyone else on the team is salary & follows salaried work norms. I think we're headed for some friction on unpaid overtime & work outside of core hours. (Also doesn't help that I'm hourly and there is no clock to punch)
