Cream cheese, whether low fat or not, also fine. Creme fraiche, double cream, sour cream single cream, clotted cream: bring it on. But cottage cheese I can only eat if it's been left at room temperature so that the whey runs off, then refridgerated so it goes solid. I bet yours is runny?",
