So I am sitting in a patient waiting room at the world famous Mayo Clinic waiting for a surgery consult. Around me are mostly glum patients probably dealing with difficult medical situations. And I'm reading my book, Feet of Clay by Terry Pratchett. And of course it is making me laugh out loud, which is socially inappropriate for the venue.
